Will you Believe in our Dream?

Tyler's Travel and Clinic Support Fund were created in honor and in memory of Tyler Kobuszewski, a sweet and loving child with Dup15q Syndrome who passed away in 2014 at the age of 13. This fund is designed not only to support Dup15q Alliance clinics, but also to help families who have a need for their child seen at a Dup15q clinic, but do not have the financial means to do so. With a special attention placed on those struggling with hard-to-control seizures or other major medical issues, the goal is to help these families get to a Dup15q clinic. Though many families are treated by physicians in/around their communities, it is difficult to find doctors who fully understand the complexities of Dup15q Syndrome. That is why the clinics are so important to our families. Funds are limited, but the hope is to help as many families in need as possible.
